Troubleshooting Tips for HP CH935YXL Yellow Ink
- Print is too light or faded: Run the printer's cleaning cycle. Ensure all protective tape has been removed from the cartridge.
- Streaks or lines on pages: Run the print head cleaning cycle 2-3 times. Align the printer from the maintenance menu.
- Printer does not recognize the cartridge: Turn off the printer, unplug it for 60 seconds, then restart. Reinstall the cartridge firmly.
- Ink leaking: Ensure the cartridge is properly sealed and installed in the correct slot.
- Non-HP cartridge message: Press OK or Continue on your printer. This does not affect print quality.
