Troubleshooting Tips for HP Q2670A (308A) Black Toner

Print is too light or faded: Remove the cartridge and gently rock it back and forth to redistribute the toner. Remove all protective tape.
Streaks or lines on pages: Run the printer's cleaning cycle. Check that the drum unit is clean.
Printer does not recognize the cartridge: Turn off the printer for 30 seconds, then restart. Reinstall the cartridge firmly.
Non-HP cartridge message: Press OK or Continue. This does not affect print quality.
